Hlavným cieľom komunity Aktívny PARK Rajec je združovanie aktívnych ľudí z Rajeckého regiónu s potenciálom vytvárania čiastočnej lokálnej sebestačnosti pre potreby regiónu i komunity.

Týmto spôsobom eliminujeme odliv pracovného potenciálu z mesta. Združovaním neziskových organizácií, občianskych združení, farmárov, vytvára participatívnu spoločnosť, ktorá vytvára verejné aktivity v oblasti art – kultúry, umenia, vzdelávania, sociálnej sféry a zároveň zapája verejnosť do aktivít komunity.

Zmenou prístupu k spoločnosti, zapojením ich potenciálu do komunity vytvárame nové pracovné prostredie, nové možnosti rozvoja regiónu, zmenu jej sociálnej štruktúry až po nový uvedomelý pohľad na kultúru, umenie a tradíciu.

Komunitné združenie Aktívny PARK Rajec je organizácia, na ktorej so zanietením pracujeme, chceme ju zveľaďovať, aby sme jej umožnili rásť kultúrnym, sociálnym, umeleckým, ale hlavne komunitným smerom. Najmä pre jej udržateľný rast potrebujeme práve Vás, aby sme v sile komunity našli zmysel spoločnej práce.

Sídlo združenia

Aktívny PARK Rajec sídli v úzkom kontakte s centrom mesta na ulici M. R. Štefánika, v mestskom dome Jána Podolana. Dom je vlastníctvom členov predstavenstva OZ, ktorí ho celý prenajímajú občianskemu združeniu nezištne, iba za nevyhnutné náklady na prevádzku.
